Dual Counter for Post Office Ltd.
Brief
Post Office Ltd. commissioned us to work on the development of a new counter for use in convenience store outlets. The counter integrates Post Office and retail services, together so that one operator can serve both.
Process
An iterative design process was adopted. This started with researching, defining and agreeing the requirements of the Dual Counter.
Design concepts were produced and reviewed. Mock-up counters were tested with users.

Outcome
The Dual Counter was successfully trialled in a small number of stores.
The Dual counter was then rolled out nationally with some minor modifications to suit the requirements of different retailers.
