Workstation

Your people are important. The workstations that you provide for them to use are vital in ensuring they can work in safety and comfort which in turn will maximise their efficiency.

From research and initial assessment through to design and user testing we engage with users at the right times and using the right research techniques to gain input to the workstation. This engagement is powerful and results in buy-in from the users.

Assessment

We undertake workstation assessments to highlight any issues and identify areas for improvement. These may result in recommendations to modify the workstation or simply alter the operation. The users input to this process so that the work can benefit from their insight and experience.

Research

At the start of a workstation design project we undertake research to determine the requirements of the workstation. This will involve input from the client and may include; task analysis, review of relevant legislation and guidelines, input from operators.

Design Development

We design workstations which focus on maximising the interface between the operator and the work tasks. Our workstation design work follows research and/or assessment to ensure the workstation meets the operational and user requirements.

User Testing

When developing a new workstation we involve users in the process. This involves the testing of a mock-up or prototype workstation - a range of real users will participate undertaking work tasks and providing feedback.
