We are RED Design Ergonomics Ltd. A consultancy company registered in England and Wales. We own and operate the website www.reddesignehf.com.

2. What data do we collect & why

We collect data from the website through two areas:

 

Contact form

If you complete the contact form on out contact page this is sent to us via email. We use the data you have provided to respond to you enquiry.

Cookies 

The website collects cookies which allow us to track visitor behaviour. We use the data provided to improve our website by tracking which pages are popular and which are not. 

Cookies can be turned off by using the settings on your web browser. If you do turn cookies off some websites will not function fully. 

3. How we use data

We use your data solely to provide our services to you. If you have completed the Contact form or have contacted us via telephone or email we will use the data provided to respond to you.

4. How long we keep your data

When you submit an enquiry to us we will keep your data (name, email, phone (if provided)) until you instruct us to delete it. 

5. Protection and sharing of data

  • We do not share any data collected with any third parties. 

  • Once retrieved from the contact form or email any data is stored on our own servers, not on a cloud based system.

  • Our website uses SSL/HTTPS to encrypt our user communications with the servers this guards against personal identifiable information being captured by third parties.

  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.
